Don yin ado:
- 2 yanka albasa.
- 2 yanka tumatir.
SHIRI
A dan manja, sai a zuba albasa a hada tare da jatan lande (a ware kadan don ado). Ana yin ƙwai da ƙarfi kuma an ƙara cakuda ta baya. A cikin matsakaiciyar gwangwani, ƙara 1/4 kofin masara ko man zaitun, ƙara ƙwai kuma a motsa a hankali don kada su tsaya a cikin kwanon rufi; Amfani da murfi, omelette ya juya ya dahu na secondsan daƙiƙa a ɗaya gefen. Ana ba da shi nan da nan, an yi ado da yan yanyanyan albasan da sauran tumatir da fewan tsire-tsire a saman.
